Website enquiries
The quote form is designed to send your name, email, selected service and options, requested date, displayed estimate and message to NextFrame Editing through Cloudflare. It does not save entries in local storage. If online sending is not configured, the button remains disabled and you can contact us directly by email. Do not submit sensitive personal data or card details. We use no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, embedded social players or marketing mailing list on this website. Video assets and fonts are served from this site.
Information used for enquiries and projects
If you contact us, we use the name, email, telephone, correspondence, project brief and files you provide to answer your enquiry and, if agreed, perform the project. We use necessary information to take steps at your request before a contract and to perform it, to meet legal recordkeeping duties, and for legitimate interests in handling support, preventing misuse and defending legal claims. Consent is requested for optional uses such as public portfolio display; you may withdraw that permission for future use.
Recipients and payments
Enquiries sent to hello@nextframeediting.co.uk are routed by Cloudflare to our Microsoft Outlook inbox. For online form submissions, Cloudflare handles the request and Turnstile anti-abuse verification, and Cloudflare Email Service processes the request contents for delivery to the verified Outlook destination used by our hello address. Turnstile may process device and network signals to prevent automated abuse. See Cloudflare privacy. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request timestamps and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Project file-transfer providers are identified when a transfer is arranged. Where a Stripe-hosted payment link is provided, Stripe collects and processes payment information under its privacy policy. We would receive relevant transaction details, not your full card number or security code. This notice must be updated if providers or features change.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry and project information only as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work, applicable tax and accounting duties or resolution of a dispute. Any project-specific footage retention and download window is confirmed before you transfer files. Do not rely on us as your permanent archive. Access is limited to what is needed for the service; do not send unnecessary sensitive information or card details.
International handling
Email, payment or hosting providers may process data outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer occurs, the relevant lawful transfer mechanism or safeguards must be in place. Contact us for the safeguards applicable to your project and provider.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details below. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Cookies and third-party links
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile security script loads to protect the enquiry form. Other links to outside services load only if you choose to follow them; those services have their own notices and cookie settings. We will obtain consent where required before adding non-essential tracking technologies. Cloudflare may use essential security mechanisms to deliver and protect the website.
