Extra aspect ratios, caption files, thumbnails, additional review rounds or faster scheduling can be scoped on request. Editing and design time is estimated at the same £45 GBP hourly rate. Paid assets are disclosed separately. Priority scheduling adds 25–100% to estimated editing labour depending on the requested delivery date, subject to availability and written acceptance. Choosing a specific date alone does not guarantee standard pricing; any required priority fee is disclosed before booking.
